It's been an emotional day. Was a bit down this morning but things managed to perk up a bit. Today has also felt like a productive day. Me and my mum watched Romeo & Juliet. One of my favourite films. It never fails to give me that funny feeling in my chest and make life seem a bit more meaningful.
I would chat on about how Alton Towers went yesterday but doing so would make me fall asleep at the computer, so I wont. But to summarise, it was frustrating and a bit of a disappointment and if we were anywhere else I would have hated the entire day. However, because this is Alton Towers we're talking about, I managed to have a good time regardless of certain people's attitudes. Must be that adrenaline.
Parents have decided to give up smoking together. I was very surprised when I heard this for 2 reasons, one because although my mother has tried countless times, she has never succeeded, and two because my dad has never even attempted to quit smoking in all the 40 years he's been feeding the disgusting habit. They said that it was because they wanted to get more money into the house. Looks like we're running out.
